In new markets, consumers doubt the quality of food served at Sheetz. Pouring over strategy and research, we honed in on an overlooked tidbit from the client's internal research team: Most existing food customers describe the food as "Pretty good". Apparently, "pretty good" is the minimum threshold of perceived quality for considering Sheetz food.
